One foot sideways - left foot 20 seconds/rest 10-15 seconds
                                             right foot 20 seconds/rest 45-60 seconds

                           left over right 20 seconds/rest 45-60 seconds
Crossover Continuous - 25 seconds/rest 45-60 seconds
