We're going through the circuit twice but at different distances and reps.
Set 1: 15 yards(15 big steps)
From Athletic Stance: 3 Reps
From One Knee: 3 Reps/Leg
From Skater Jump: 2 Reps/Leg(Start on left, jump to right and back to sprinting from left then switch)
Set 2: 5-8 yards
From Athletic Stance: 5 Reps
From One Knee: 5 Reps/Leg
From Skater Jump: 4 Reps/Leg(Start on left to sprinting from left then switch)
Walk back after each rep and start right away!
