"T" Drills
Equipment: 4 cones/objects(bottles, pucks, balls, etc.)
About 20 feet by 20 feet area
For each exercise you're going to do it 4 times(2 times starting on the right side of the cone and 2 times on the left side of the cone switching directions)
Rest 30-45 seconds between each rep
All Sprints - 4 reps(2 to left cone first, 2 to right cone first)
All Backpedal - 4 reps(2 to left cone first, 2 to right cone first)
Facing Left - 4 reps(2 to left cone first, 2 to right cone first)
Facing Right - 4 reps(2 to left cone first, 2 to right cone first)
