"T" Drills

Equipment: 4 cones/objects(bottles, pucks, balls, etc.)
About 20 feet by 20 feet area

For each exercise you're going to do it 6 times(3 times starting on the right side of the cone and 3 times on the left side of the cone switching directions)

Rest 45-60 seconds between reps

All Sprints - 6 reps(3 to left cone first, 3 to right cone first)
Facing Forward - 6 reps(3 to left cone first, 3 to right cone first)
All Backpedal - 6 reps(3 to left cone first, 3 to right cone first)
