Each Rep of our agility work will be 30 seconds, we will be doing each exercise once and then coming back up to the top to do them all 5 times through.

Rest 45-60 seconds between sets

Both Feet Sideways - 30 seconds

Both Feet In/Both Feet Out Across - 30 seconds

Crossover One Leg - 30 seconds per leg(no rest between)

Crossover Continuous - 30 seconds

Remember, we go AS FAST AS POSSIBLE!
