Week Activity Activity Activity Activity
Day 3 Warm Up Agility - Line Moving Core Work H.I.I.T.

Hockey Drill #1

Items: Pucks and a net. If you don't have a  net, ask your parents if you can draw/tape a net to the basement wall. 

Drill: 

50 Shots/Rest- Weak to Strong side leg- 3 Sets

50 Shots/Rest- Strong to Weak side leg- 3 sets


Hockey Drill #2

Items Needed: Swedish Stickhandling Ball or another stickhandling ball/puck. Golf balls, ping pong balls, foam balls. 

Drill:

You want to create around 30 seconds of balls coming at you to avoid. 

30 seconds of work then rest: 5 Sets

 


Hockey Drill #3

Items Needed: Extra hockey stick, golf ball, Stickhandling ball, Props to hoist up stick 

Drill: 

Stick On Ground: 50 elevations over stick each side/Rest- 3 Sets

Stick Elevated: 50 forehand elevations/Rest- 3 Sets

Stick Elevated: 50 Backhand elevations/Rest- 3 Sets
