Day 4 Warm Up Stride Work See Hockey Drill 1


Hockey Drill #1

Items Needed:  Stickhandling ball and a chair,  night stand, or table

Drill 1: Shifting weight, alternate foot

5 Sets- 45 Seconds Work/30 Seconds Rest is 1 set

Drill 2: Feet Stationary 

5 Sets- 45 Seconds Work/30 Seconds Rest is 1 set

 


Hockey Drill #2

Items Needed:  Stickhandling ball and two sticks.

Drill 1:

10 Sets- 45 Seconds Work/30 Seconds Rest is 1 set
