COACH REX WORKOUT PLANS

Hockey Drill #1

Thanks to Coach Doug from DB Hockey Academy

Items Needed:

Silky hands and a stickhandling ball

Drill 1: 

25 Successful Attempts 


Hockey Drill #2

Items Needed:  Stickhandling Ball or Golf Ball

Drill 1: Activating Right Foot Only

20 Successful Reps Off Wall- 3 Sets

Drill 2: Activating Left Foot Only

20 Successful Reps Off Wall- 3 Sets

Drill 3: Alternating Feet

20 Successful Reps Off Wall- 3 Sets


Hockey Drill #3

Items Needed:  Stickhandling ball and two sticks.

Drill 1:

10 Sets- 45 Seconds Work/30 Seconds Rest is 1 set


Goalie Drill #1

Items Needed:  Goalie Glove, Racket Balls, and slide boards

Drill 1: 

15 catches is one set. Accomplish 5 Sets

Due Date: Sunday, March 29th at 6:00pm

Items Needed: Stickhandling Ball and Five Gallon Bucket
