Items Needed: Stickhandling Ball
Drill 1: Backhand Foot Passes Right Foot- For this drill you will pull the ball to your right foot from your backhand and then kick the ball to your left foot. You will then kick the ball back up to the blade of your stick from your left foot.
Drill 2: Backhand Foot Passes Left Foot- For this drill you will pull the ball to your left foot from your backhand and then kick the ball to your right foot. You will then kick the ball back up to the blade of your stick from your right foot.
Items Needed: 2 Under stickhandling aids and one stick
Drill 1: Pull and drag around the obstacles
1 minute work/30 seconds rest- Repeat 10 times for a set

Drill 6: Putting it together- In this last series we put together the fake loading phase, reaching wide, and finally pulling in.

For this #HFHomeschool Challenge, skaters will place ten pucks in a row. They will weave the ball through each of the pucks. For the skater who is able weave the ball through the pucks the most will be the winner.
