Items Needed: Stickhandling Ball & Tape on the floor in a half circle
Drill 1: The Type Writer- Feet Forward, left to right: Stickhandle the puck from left to right with feet forward.
Drill 2: The Type Writer- Feet Forward, right to left: Stickhandle the puck from right to left with feet forward.
Drill 3: The Type Writer- Feet to the Side- Stickhandle the puck from front to back
Drill 4: The Type Writer- Change feet direction from Drill 3- Stickhandle the puck from front to back.
1 Minute Work/30 Seconds Rest- 10 Times is 1 Set

Items Needed: 2 Pucks or 2 Stickhandling Balls
Drill 1: Puck Placement to right: We will be doing 3 revolutions up and then 3 revolutions down.
Drill 2: Puck Placement to left: We will be doing 3 revolutions up and then 3 revolutions down.
1 Minutes Work/30 Seconds Rest- 5 Reps is 1 Set

Items Needed: Vision Trainer & Stickhandling Ball
Drill 1: Blind Cross Passes Backhand- Pass the ball from your backhand around the trainer to your forehand.
Drill 2: Blink Cross Passes Forehand- Pass the ball from your forehand around the trainer to your backhand.
25 successful passes is 1 Set
5 sets for each drill
For this #HFHomeschool Challenge, skaters will place ten pucks in a row. They will weave the ball through each of the pucks. For the skater who is able weave the ball through the pucks the most will be the winner.
