1 Minute Work/30 Seconds Rest- 10 Reps is a set

Drill 1: Forehand Close Circle Toe Drags- Keeping the puck as close to the object as possible.
Drill 2: Backhand Toe Drags Close Circle- Keeping the puck as close to the object as possible.
1 Minute Work/30 Second Rest- 5 Reps is a set
3 Sets per drill

Drill 1: 1 to 1
Drill 2: 2 to 2
Drill 3: 3 to 3
Drill 4: 1 to 1, 1 to 2, 1 to 3 to the right
Drill 5: 1 to 1, 1 to 2, 1 to 3 to the left
30 Seconds Work, 10 Seconds Rest- 10 Reps
5 Sets each drill
For this #HFHomeschool Challenge we will be seeing who can bounce the most balls off the ground in 1 minute using your stick.
Rules:
1.) Have to alternate from forehand to backhand
2.) Time Limit: 60 Seconds
3.) Need to be in camera frame the entire time
4.) Each bounce has to be above knees to count.
