Drill 1: 2 to 3 (right)
Drill 2: 2 to 3 (left)

Drill 1: Forehand Close Circle Toe Drags- Keeping the puck as close to the object as possible.
Drill 2: Backhand Toe Drags Close Circle- Keeping the puck as close to the object as possible.
1 Minute Work/30 Second Rest- 5 Reps is a set
3 Sets per drill
