Items Needed: PVC Pipe, 2 objects/pucks, and a stickhandling pall
Drill 1: Vertical Forehand Figure 8 with PVC Pipe.
Drill 2: Vertical Backhand Figure 8 with PVC Pipe.
1 Minute Work/30 Second rest- 5 reps is 1 set

Items Needed: Stickhandling ball and X taped to the ground
Drill 1: Forehand X- Follow the tape of the ground with the stickhandling ball. Pull the stickhandling ball over at the top and bottom of the X on your forehand.
Drll 2: Backhand X- Follow the tape of the ground with the stickhandling ball. Pull the stickhandling ball over at the top and bottom of the X on your backhand
1 Minute Work/30 Seconds Rest- 5 Reps is one set
2 Sets per drill
Items Needed: Stickhandling Aides (2), passing aid, and stickhandling ball
Drill 1: Forehand Puck Balance Pull and Through
