Items Needed: Stickhandling ball and X taped to the ground
Drill 1: Pull Plus Handle- Pulling from forehand to backhand. Before transitioning to next set stickhandle, the puck intermittently
Drill 2: Pull Plus Handle- Pulling from backhand to forehand. Before transitioning to next set, stickhandle the puck intermittently
1 Minute Work/30 Rest- 5 reps is a set
3 Sets for each drill

Drill 1: Backhand Z's- Puck will start by being pulled by your backhand to your forehand and then heading kiddie corner to back to your backhand, then cross the bottom to your forehand.
(FYI-Forehand Z's are tomorrow)
1 Minute Work/30 Seconds Rest- 5 reps is 1 set
