Drill 1: Cross Body Cross Overs Multiple Spots
Drill 2: Right Foot Only Jumps
Drill 3: Left Foot Only Jumps

30 Seconds Work/30 Seconds: Rest 5 Reps is a set

Items Needed: Stickhandling puck/ball
Drill 1: Forehand Z's- Puck will start by being pulled by your forehand to your backhand and then heading kiddie corner to back to your forehand, then cross the bottom to your backhand.
(FYI-Backhand Z's were yesterday)
1 Minute Work/30 Seconds Rest- 5 reps is 1 set

Items Needed: Stickhandling Ball
Drill 1: Knee Drops- Stickhandling on the outside of the body. While bringing the ball to the middle drop the knee of the way you are moving.
1 Minute Work/30 Seconds Rest- 5 Reps is a set
6 Sets
For this #HFHomeschool Challenge we will be seeing who can bounce the most balls off the ground in 1 minute using your stick.
Rules:
1.) Have to alternate from forehand to backhand
2.) Time Limit: 60 Seconds
3.) Need to be in camera frame the entire time
4.) Each bounce has to be above knees to count.
