For this #HFHomeschool Challenge we will be seeing who can bounce the most balls off the ground in 1 minute using your stick.
Rules:
1.) Have to alternate from forehand to backhand
2.) Time Limit: 60 Seconds
3.) Need to be in camera frame the entire time
4.) Each bounce has to be above knees to count.

Items Needed: 2 Pucks (to stand on) and a stickhandling ball
Drill 1: Puck Shuffles- While standing on a one puck at a time, you will shuffle from side to side while stickhandling.
30 Seconds Work/30 Seconds Rest-5 Reps is 1 Set

Drills 1 Ladder: Forward to backward steps
Drill 2 Ladder: Both feet to outside then in
1 Minute Work/30 Seconds Rest- Reps is a set
3 Sets per drill
Items Needed: Two Stickhandling Aides and a Passing Rebounder
Drill: Cross Body Pull Through- Pull the puck through the stickhandling aide and then pass off the passing rebounder and then through the stickhandling aide on the opposite side.
1 Minute Work/30 Seconds Rest- 5 Reps is a set
