For this #HFHomeschool Challenge we will be seeing who can bounce the most balls off the wall in 1 minute using your stick. You must alternate balls off the wall.
Prize is a Wisconsin Jersey!
Rules:
1.) Alternate between balls
2.) Stand about 10 Feet from wall
3.) Time Limit: 60 Seconds
4.) Need to be in camera frame the entire time

Items Needed: Ladder & Stickhandling Ball
Drills 1 Ladder: In & Out wide transfers
1 Minute Work/30 Seconds Rest- Reps is a set
3 Sets per drill
Items Needed: Two Stickhandling Aides, 2 Pucks (two stand on) and a Passing Rebounder
Drill: Cross Body Pull Through- Pull the puck through the stickhandling aide and then pass off the passing rebounder and then through the stickhandling aide on the opposite side. Do the drill while standing on the pucks!
1 Minute Work/30 Seconds Rest- 5 Reps is a set
Items Needed: 4 Pucks (For boundaries) and two stickhanlding balls.
Drill 1: 2 Ball Square- While staying inside the square, switch balls every 5 seconds.
1 Minute On/30 Seconds Rest- 5 Reps is a set
3 Sets
