For this #HFHomeschool Challenge we will be seeing how many times you can go alternate pucks from side to side with only using the top hand on your stick.
Prize is a Hockey Factory T-shirt and Shorts.
Rules:
1.) Must have an puck placement at least 4 feet apart
2.) Must use three pucks/balls
3.) 30 Second Time Limit
4.) Must be in camera frame

Items Needed: Passing Rebounder and puck/ball
Drill: Working with your backhand, pass the puck into the passing rebounder with one hand, then catch, go around object and pass back into rebounder.
1 Minute Work/30 Seconds Rest- 5 Reps is a set
3 Sets for the drill
