Items Needed: stick handling ball/puck, wall or something to bounce the ball/puck off of.
Drill: 45 seconds/15 second rest- 5 reps is a set,

Items needed: Wall or passing aide, and a puck/ball.
Drill 1: First rotation 30 seconds work/10 seconds rest- 3 reps is a set. All passes are made on the backhand.

Drill 2: Second rotation 30 seconds work/10 seconds rest- 3 reps is a set. All passes are made on the backhand.

Drill 3: Third rotation 30 seconds work/10 seconds rest- 3 reps is a set. All passes are made on the backhand.

Items needed: Stick handling ball, pucks, and 3 objects
Drill 1: Figure 8s- watch coach Doug's hand positioning as he goes around the cone . Be sure to mimic to build good muscle memory.
30 seconds work/15 second rest- 3 reps is a set

Drill 2: Cross over and a shot. Make sure hand positioning is similar to drill 1. Cross over around the cone and shoot puck quickly after you cross over. Watch coach Doug's top hand on the stick positioning as he goes around the cone.
25 shots/ 30 second rest- 2 reps is a set
2 sets
For this #HFHomeschool Challenge we will be seeing how many times you can go alternate pucks from side to side with only using the top hand on your stick.
Prize is a Hockey Factory T-shirt and Shorts.
Rules:
1.) Must have an puck placement at least 4 feet apart
2.) Must use three pucks/balls
3.) 30 Second Time Limit
4.) Must be in camera frame
