Items Needed: Passing Rebounder, Puck, and PVC Pipe
Drill 1: Top Hand PVC Passing- Reminder to keep the PVC Pipe in the palm of your hand as you are passing.
Drill 2: Bottom Hand PVC Passing- Reminder to keep the PVC Pipe in the palm of your hand as you are passing.
1 Minute Work/30 Seconds Rest- 5 Reps is a set

Items needed: Chair, and a block of wood to stand on. If you don't have anything stable to place your bottom foot on, just do the drill from the ground.
Drill 1: Isometric stick handling left leg-
45 seconds work/20 seconds rest- 3 reps is a set

Drill: Tight turns off ice skating: Roller
5 tight turns is 1 rep. 5 reps is a set

For this #HFHomeschool Challenge we will be seeing how many times you can go alternate pucks from side to side with only using the top hand on your stick.
Prize is a Hockey Factory T-shirt and Shorts.
Rules:
1.) Must have an puck placement at least 4 feet apart
2.) Must use three pucks/balls
3.) 30 Second Time Limit
4.) Must be in camera frame
