Items Needed: Chair, Passing Rebounder, and puck
Drill 1: Left Foot on Chair: Continuously pass the puck off the rebounder with your left foot on the chair.
Drill 2: Right Foot on Chair: Continuously pass the puck off the rebounder with your right foot on the chair.
1 Minute Work/30 Seconds Rest- 3 Reps is a set

Items needed: Stick handling ball/puck, and something to stand on. Use two pucks stacked on top of one another to stand on.
Drill 1: Tripod stick handling.
30 seconds work/15 seconds rest is a rep. 3 reps is a set.

30 seconds work/10 seconds rest 3 reps, 3 reps is a set.

For this #HFHomeschool Challenge we will be seeing how many times you can flip the ball/puck over a 2 puck stickhandling aide.
