Hockey Drills

HF Homeschool Challenge #8

For this #HFHomeschool Challenge we will be seeing how many times you can flip the ball/puck over a 2 puck stickhandling aide.

Prize is a 1 on 1 Zoom Private Lesson with Coach Rex

Rules: 

1.) Must use ball or puck

2.) Stickhandling aide must have two pucks on each side propping it up

3.)  30 Second Time Limit

4.) Must be in camera frame

Hockey Drill #1

Items Needed: Stick Handling Ball or Puck

Drill #1: Cross kick ups near side foot-

45 seconds work/15 seconds rest is a rep, 3 reps is a set

2 sets

Drill #2: Cross kick ups far side foot-

45 seconds work/15 seconds rest is a rep, 3 reps is a set

2 sets
