For this #HFHomeschool Challenge we will be seeing how many times you can transition the ball/puck from forward to backwards.
Prize is a 1 on 1 Zoom Private Lesson with Coach Rex
Rules:
1.) Must use ball or puck
2.) Top hand only on the stick
3.) Inside foot must remain planted at all times
4.) Must be in camera frame
5.) Must kick the ball during transitions

Items Needed: Passing aide, ball/puck, and a chair will work if you don't have a big ball.
Drill: Right foot stability ball forehand-
45 seconds of work/15 seconds rest is a rep, 3 reps is a set.
