Items Needed: 2 Objects/Puck
Drill: Forehand vertical 8. Pull the puck between the pucks.
45 seconds work/15 seconds rest- 3 reps is a set
2 sets
Items Needed: Passing Rebounder and Puck
Drill: Pass the puck off the passing rebounder and catch on your backhand toe. Pull the puck up between your legs after catching.
10 passes is a set
5 sets
Items Needed: 2 objects and a ball/puck
Drill 1 Forehand: Having two pucks in a diagonal row in front of you. Pull the puck back on your forehand around the objects.
Drill 2 Backhand: Having two pucks in a diagonal row in front of you. Pull the puck back on your backhand around the objects.
45 seconds work/15 seconds rest
For this #HFHomeschool Challenge we will be seeing how many times you can transition the ball/puck from forward to backwards.

Rules:
1.) Must use ball or puck
2.) Top hand only on the stick
3.) Inside foot must remain planted at all times
4.) Must be in camera frame
5.) Must kick the ball during transitions
