Player safety has become priority number for our skaters. The rules of the game are changing and evolving to make sure that players can play without fear of getting hurt. But we can't just rely on opposing players playing safely, we must all do our part and teach players how to effectively play the game to keep themselves and others safe too.
The basis of our Body Contact and Checking Clinics is to teach our skaters how to engage in contact all over the ice. Here are some of the main topics we will be covering.
