• Skaters are divided into 6 teams based on countries
  • USA, Canada, Russia, Sweden, Finland, and Czech Republic
• Rivals is a four day tournament for skaters born in 2012-2009.
• Skaters who register will be placed into one of three tiers.
• Each tier is based on ability and age
  • Tier 1: Generally 2009 and 2010 skaters 
  • Tier 2: Generally 2010 (B & C) skaters with 2011 (A skaters)
  • Tier 3: Generally 2011 and 2012 skaters
• Each team will have three tiers (1, 2, and 3).
  • Skaters will only play against players in their Tier

• Each tier will only be playing against the same tier.
  • Buzzer hockey will be played in order to ensure tier matchups
  • A skater can play up a tier but not down a tier in certain circumstances
• Each shift is one minute and thirty seconds
• All players will "tag" up at each the Blue Line prior to each shift
  • Unless the puck is in their defensive zone
• USA Hockey Penalty Rules are in effect
• Games are 2 Run Time Halfs
  • Period length is TBD
