1. Two emails will be sent out to parents of 2010 and 2011 born skaters. One will be a week prior and the other will be a day prior asking if you don't make the Hockey Factory team will you still participate and play on an Alliance team. 
   1. The email will ask player name, birthdate, and position
2. Based on the amount of responses we receive, we will determine if we will do an Alliance birthyear team or a dual birthyear team. 
3. There is a chance we fall into a bad number of skaters...for example 16-22 which would mean that we have to many for one team but not enough for two. In that case, we will either have to make cuts or have practice players. 

The Hockey Factory Alliance are formally the HF Jr. Bears teams. The Alliance are non tryout based teams that compete in talent appropriate tournaments.
